Chief Financial Officer
Kurt brings the financial discipline and strategic perspective of a career CPA and CFO to LEH’s companies. His focus spans financial reporting and controls, cash flow management, cost and margin analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and the capital planning behind expansion, translating complex reporting into decisions leadership can act on, so every growth decision comes with a clear view of what it costs and what it returns.

Leads AI and business systems strategy across LEH’s companies, from agentic AI to ERP and custom platforms, connecting people, processes, and data so work is automated, performance is visible, and decisions are faster.
Adrienne Hirschauer
Controller
Adrienne oversees accounting and financial operations across LEH’s operating companies, managing inventory accounting, receivables and payables, cash management and forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end close. She works closely with operations, production, and leadership to keep financial information timely, organized, and actionable, drawing on more than seven years of experience across land development, wholesale manufacturing, home building, and the medical industry.

Supports day-to-day accounting across the LEH portfolio, from payables and receivables to reconciliations and month-end close, keeping the books clean, current, and reliable.
