Announcements from across the Lischerong Enterprises portfolio, and perspectives on building enduring companies.

At Lischerong Enterprises Holdings, capital is not parked. It is put to work where it strengthens the businesses we own and partner with, adding capacity, sharpening operations, and opening new markets. This year, that philosophy is visible across our portfolio.
Frogmore Bottling: faster, smarter, built for scale
Frogmore Bottling Company has invested in a new high-speed line and upgrades across its filling machines, available for orders in 2026. For national brands and restaurant groups, that means shorter lead times, more capacity across glass, PET, and specialty formats, and better line economics as volumes grow, all backed by SQF, GFSI, and Kosher certification and a Lowcountry location between the ports of Savannah and Charleston.
Ellis-Reid: doubling the manufacturing footprint
Ellis-Reid Millwork & Specialties is expanding its Monroe, North Carolina facility, doubling its manufacturing and warehouse footprint. The investment spans advanced equipment, infrastructure, and people:
- Expanded footprint: Twice the manufacturing and warehouse space in Monroe.
- Advanced equipment: New moulding, CNC, ripping, scanning, and optimization technology to increase efficiency and capability.
- Faster turnaround: Improved material flow and production scheduling to fill orders and custom run profiles more quickly.
- A growing team: More engineers, draftsmen, sales staff, trim carpenters, and production staff.
- Built for clients: Greater capacity and the ability to support even larger, more complex projects as Charlotte's luxury home market grows.
More capacity. More control. Faster turnaround. Better service.
Ellis-Reid Midtown: bringing the product closer to the customer
Opening in Q2 2027, Ellis-Reid's new Design & Product Center in Midtown Charlotte gives builders, architects, designers, and clients a convenient, hands-on environment to explore products, materials, and craftsmanship, and to collaborate directly with the team on their projects. Visitors can explore a curated selection of millwork, wood products, and building solutions, and see and compare materials, finishes, and custom options in the heart of Midtown.
Why we invest this way
Our approach is simple: patient, operator-led capital deployed where it compounds. We look for investments that remove bottlenecks, protect margin at scale, and give our management teams the tools to grow without depending on any one person. Expansion is not the goal in itself. Durable, well-run companies are.
