Accounting Controller

Adrienne Hirschauer serves as Accounting Controller for all entities within the LE-H portfolio, overseeing the full spectrum of accounting operations. As the senior accounting professional across the group, she manages inventory, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow forecasting, and month-end financial closings. She also oversees additional accounting support for select portfolio companies, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all financial records.

With more than seven years of accounting experience spanning land development, wholesale manufacturing, home building, and the medical industry, Adrienne brings both technical expertise and strategic insight to her role. Her rapid progression from bookkeeper to Controller within just five years reflects her dedication, precision, and commitment to professional growth.

Adrienne’s approach centers on integrity, reliability, and clarity. She sees her role not only as managing numbers but also as equipping teams to make informed decisions through clean, organized, and trustworthy financial data.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her son, hiking, reading, and traveling. A favorite reminder posted at her desk reads: “Gratitude is a discipline, not just a feeling.”
