Before joining the team, Jeff served as an executive at Capstone Companies, where he helped scale operations and guide the firm through a successful acquisition. Earlier in his career, he spent two decades in the U.S. Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and Special Operations Officer, earning multiple commendations—including the Bronze Star and five Navy Commendation Medals—for leadership and operational excellence.

Jeff combines strategic planning and organizational execution with a deep commitment to building trust and long-term partnerships. His approach to real estate is rooted in purpose: ensuring that every project delivers not only strong performance but also lasting impact for the communities it serves.

A graduate of The Citadel and the Naval Postgraduate School, where he earned his master’s degree in Defense Analysis, Jeff is currently completing a Master of Science in Real Estate at UNC Charlotte. Outside of work, he’s an avid outdoorsman who enjoys diving, fishing, snowboarding, and traveling with his family, as well as cheering on his kids’ many sports pursuits.
